beauty professionals face a wall in this business by the familiar case of, “burnout,” or being put up against suite rental companies that lock them into an intimidatingly long contract + hidden fees. giving stylists in this area the support to operate a further their own independent business with the OPTION to belong to a collaborative space. by surrounding yourself with different minds + styles + creations — this space can become a place a stylist can change their mind + grow. watching stylists in this industry fail to find a salon home that fits their GROWTH. independent suites are a luxury but also a part of many stylist’s stepping stones in order to create privacy and independence within their business. MOST of the time stylist’s find themselves unhappy with that choice as they’re isolated from others, creatively stuck, + missing the team minded unity of this industry. It is my hope to create a space where stylists can have a salon floor option + privately rented suites WITHOUT the hidden fees + long term leases industry leaders are faced with.
